The Valley Restaurant

A LA CARTE MENU

The Valley Restaurant is open daily from 7.00 - 8.30pm for dinner. We serve from our A la Carte menu - with some sample dishes featured below. Johnathan Wood, our head chef, and his team use fresh local produce where possible. All our food is prepared and cooked to order therefore your dinner is taken at a leisurely pace.

Stilton, Bacon and Potato Cakes with Horseradish and Beetroot Relish topped with Red Chard.

Salmon & Prawn Tartlet, served warm, topped with Fresh White Crabmeat

wrapped in Bacon on a Bed of Red Cabbage, Juniper and Rosemary Sauce

Tournedos of Local Beef with Wild Mushroom Sauce
on a Truffle oil Mash, topped with Stilton Crouton

Hot Pork and Apple Pie cooked in Cider, with Puff Pastry Topping,
served with Savoy Cabbage and Roasted Vegetables.
